    Wood can only be used in an exempt appliance in a “SMOKE CONTROLLED AREA”. It is the purchasers responsibility to abide by this.

 For “TIPPED” firewood orders, we require access for our tipper truck

*** Please specify if wood to be tipped in a specific location and our drivers will make every effort to deliver as requested.

 We reserve the right to tip in an alternate location if the location specified is unsuitable.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a suitable surface for tipping, Flame Firewood cannot be held responsible for any damage caused when tipping firewood.

***You may wish to leave a cover for the area to be tipped on

To keep your tipped wood dry until it can be stored, please supply a suitable cover

***Alternatively, you can purchase one of our re-usable tarpaulins here

Flame Firewood cannot be held responsible for the moisture content of the wood exceeding 20%

 if wood is exposed to the elements.

   Tipped wood should be stacked, as soon as possible, in a suitable log store. All other wood should be stored in a dry place.
